Are you our new Brand Marketing Manager?

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to take ownership over our brand identity. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our brand makes a positive impression on our global partners across all touchpoints, including both our online presence and at events around the world.

You Should know:
This is a new role at our company. We have clear foundations for our brand, but you will have significant freedom to shape the way we communicate our story and values to our partners. If that type of challenge sounds exciting, you could be a great fit!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and strengthen our brand positioning and storytelling across all channels: website, social media, onsite (conferences)
  • Own and execute our full event agenda, from conferences to internal events
  • Develop and execute content and campaign strategies that increase brand awareness and support strategic initiatives
  • Create thoughtful, on-brand merchandise and gifts for both our team and clients, from concept to delivery
  • Organize fun company events to celebrate milestones and bring our team closer together
  • Report directly to the Management Team and work closely with the Office Manager to achieve your objectives
  • Manage thought leadership, PR and social presence initiatives
  • Optimize our social media channels, website(s) 
  • Strengthen our employer brand through authentic content

These are the key traits we’re looking for:

  • 5 years of experience in a marketing role within a B2B, agency, or performance-driven environment
  • Strong skills in branding, storytelling, and campaign execution
  • Experience with events management in some capacity
  • A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset
  • Experience with digital channels, websites, and marketing tools
  • Native-level fluency in Dutch
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

Bonus points if you have:

  • An affinity for affiliate and/or performance marketing
  • Experience with conference events, especially in affiliate and/or performance marketing
  • A burning desire to see the results of your work and continually improve it
  • Skill or experience in multiple media disciplines (copy/content, imagery/art, video)
