The Fellas Ads is an Amsterdam-based affiliate network that launched in early 2020 and has been growing rapidly ever since. We are a lean and vibrant team that excels at making an impact by our agility and drive to innovate & perform.

Your role

As a Junior Affiliate Manager you will be responsible for managing and expanding your portfolio of affiliate partners from all around the world. You will constantly hunt for new business and optimize your current affiliate accounts by making new deals to match the ongoing demand from advertisers.

You will work directly with the founders of the company to learn and brain-storm about new business opportunities as your role is key in setting out the playfield of The Fellas Ads within your vertical.

What does your working day look like?

Your day at Fellas Ads starts with a quick commute to our office in the heart of Amsterdam. You’ll grab your morning fuel, say hello to your colleagues, then get ready to rock!

From the moment you sit at your desk, you’re in the driver’s seat. Your clients count on you to analyze campaign performance in Everflow (our chosen CRM), spot opportunities, and strategize with them to optimize their marketing campaigns. You play a critical role in helping each client, and you’re rewarded with praise (and a sweet bonus) when things go well.

Of course, when things don’t go well, we’ll always have your back. You’ll be surrounded by colleagues who have all seen plenty of wins and losses along the way — so we can help you not only become a rockstar at your job, we can help you manage the ups and downs of this exciting industry too. You’ll work directly with Account Managers to coordinate success for your clients, which includes securing new traffic sources for our advertising partners.

Around noon, you’ll grab lunch with the rest of the team… then perhaps take a walk around the canals of Amsterdam city center with your teammates, or challenge Marijn to a game of Street Fighter in our retro arcade (don’t get your hopes up, though — he’s tough).

After lunch you’ll catch up with your top clients to discuss which offers are generating your affiliate partners the best results. In collaboration with our design team, you’ll create new marketing assets to help both of them succeed.

Now it’s time to ensure your portfolio is healthy. You’ll check your affiliates’ performance and potentially reach out to reactivate old partners. In the meantime, you’ll have one eye on the lookout for opportunities with new affiliates to boost your portfolio even further.

Around 4PM, your US-based traffic will go live. Your affiliates will be looking for new growth opportunities to ensure their traffic is as profitable and sustainable as possible — which you’ll have spent the day preparing for. You’ll close your laptop around 5/6PM, but you’ll still keep that one eye open for opportunities — you’re always looking to close deals and earn more money!
