Traffic Manager

As a Traffic Manager at The Fellas Ads, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our live traffic campaigns on a daily basis. You’ll work closely with Affiliate Management, make data-driven business decisions, and continuously look for ways to improve campaign performance and maximise revenue.

This is a commercially focused role with a strong analytical core. You’ll be working hands-on with technical systems, analysing live performance, pushing campaigns forward, and making sure our stakeholders are constantly focused on chasing the best possible results.

Your Role:

• Work closely with Affiliate Management to optimise live traffic campaigns and maximise performance.
• Analyse campaign data and performance on a daily basis to identify opportunities, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Work hands-on with tracking platforms, and campaign setups to ensure traffic is running efficiently.
• Make fast, data-driven decisions around traffic, campaign performance, pricing, and revenue opportunities.
• Push new and existing campaigns to Affiliate Management and identify opportunities to scale successful traffic.
• Act as a key sparring partner for Affiliate Managers, challenging performance and helping them make better commercial decisions.
• Monitor campaign performance closely and proactively take action when results are below expectations.
• Take ownership of the campaigns and performance you are responsible for, with a strong focus on results and profitability.
• Act as a key sparring partner for Affiliate Managers, challenging performance and helping them make better commercial decisions
• Develop, deploy, and continuously optimise sales funnels for the team, using performance data and input from the wider team to improve conversions and drive revenue

• Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and paid traffic is a strong plus.
