Finance Assistant (Accounts Receivable)

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant (Accounts Receivable focus) to support our finance operations and help keep our numbers clean, structured, and under control. You’ll play a key role in making sure our financial processes run smoothly as we continue to scale.

You should know:

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. We move quickly, but finance needs to stay sharp, structured, and accurate. You’ll be working with multiple systems and datasets, so attention to detail and a love for clean processes will take you far here.

What you’ll be doing:

• Match and reconcile transactions in Exact Online
• Investigate and resolve unmatched or missing payments
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and keep accounts up to date
• Support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Work with tools like Everflow, Tipalti, Dom1, Xero, and Exact
• Help improve and maintain structured, automated finance workflows

These are the key traits we’re looking for:

• Junior-level profile (recent graduate or early career)
• Background in bookkeeping, ideally within an accounting firm
• Experience with Exact Online is essential
• Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
• Comfortable working with data and financial systems
• Able to stay calm and keep oversight in a dynamic environment

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with multiple finance tools or systems
• Enjoy working on process improvements and automation
• Like bringing structure to complex or messy datasets
